Q. How do I grill fish?
To prevent fish from sticking and falling apart, it’s imperative to place this flaky, tender seafood on a well-oiled grill.
To oil a grill, heat the grill until it is very hot. Then, dip a piece of paper towel into all-purpose or canola oil. Using a pair of tongs, wipe the grill clean with the oiled paper towel. Keep oiling and wiping. A well oiled, clean and hot grate does wonders to prevent fish from sticking.
If all else fails, slice a lemon into thin rounds and place the lemon slices on the grill beneath the fish. The grill flavor will pass through the lemon into the fish, and while the lemons will stick, the fish won't.
